Aki Hada

Aki is a seasoned acupuncturist and massage therapist who graduated from Wellington Remedial Massage College in 2014 and from Hua Xia Acupuncture and Chinese Herb College in 2021. Aki served as a chair of the conference committee and as a board member of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba from 2015 to 2018.

Aki’s passion is in holistic and systemic care that supports her clients’ well-being and well-aging. Her treatment style is goal-oriented, therefore she works with her clients closely to achieve their goals together. Aki believes the interaction and communication with her clients plays a critical part in achieving successful treatment. Aki incorporates cupping, guasha, and the use of Japanese mint oil in her treatments as needed. She believes in the benefits of kinesiology taping after treatment to maximize and maintain the treatment outcome.

Aki’s focus in her practice includes:

  • Chronic pain (headaches, migraines, neck/shoulder/back pain, arthritis, etc.)

Aki loves nature and gardening. The vitality and energy flow of the perennial plants that come back every spring is an inspiration to her. She enjoys hiking, boating, and qigong exercises to balance her energy.
